Thermal Grizzly - Minus Pad extreme 2 and Minus Pad High Compression

Thermal Grizzly is expanding its portfolio of Minus Pads thermal interface pads for gap filling between components with two new products: Minus Pad extreme 2 and Minus Pad High Compression.

Minus Pad extreme 2 is the successor to the existing Minus Pad extreme and will take its place as the highest-conductivity thermal pad in the series once remaining stock of the original version is sold out. The Minus Pad High Compression, on the other hand, is a new addition to the portfolio. Offering thermal conductivity comparable to Minus Pad Advance, it distinguishes itself through significantly higher compressibility. This makes it especially effective when compensating for uneven component surfaces, as a single pad can adapt to different height levels within the same assembly.

Thermal Grizzly now offers a comprehensive Minus Pads line-up that covers a wide range of thermal management needs. The line-up covers pads for low Thermal Design Power (Tdp) applications up to high Tdp industrial grade applications - and overclocking, and pads that are especially designed for filling gaps between surfaces with different heights.

Common use cases are electronic components such as voltage regulators (Vrm) and memory (Ram) on graphics cards and M.2-SSDs on a motherboards. With multiple conductivity and compressibility levels, a choice of thicknesses, and availability in both pre-cut sizes and large sheets for custom applications, the Minus Pads range delivers flexible solutions for Diy Pc building, system maintenance, and broader consumer electronics use cases.
